Privacy Policy

Last updated: 1 October 2026

DrumArt Entertainment ("DrumArt", "we", "us", "our") runs this website (drumart.events) and produces original shows, artist bookings and complete event productions across Europe and the Middle East. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit the site or send us an enquiry, why we collect it, and what your rights are under GDPR and other applicable data protection laws.

1. Who we are

DrumArt Entertainment is an events production company. The data controller for this website is DrumArt Entertainment. You can reach us at info@drumart.events for any question about this policy or about how your data is handled.

2. What we collect

We only collect data that you give us directly, and a small amount of technical data that most websites collect automatically.

Information you provide through our forms

  • Your name and country / city, if you fill them in
  • Your email address and / or phone number (at least one is required to send you a reply)
  • Details about the event you're planning — service, event type, date, budget and any message you leave in the "Tell us about your event" field

Information collected automatically

  • Standard server logs: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URL and access times, kept for security and troubleshooting
  • Cookies set by this website and by third-party services we use (see section 5)

3. How we use your information

We use the information you give us only to respond to your enquiry and, if a project follows, to plan and deliver your event. Specifically, we use it to:

  • Reply to your enquiry and discuss your event
  • Prepare quotes, contracts and logistics if you decide to work with us
  • Send you follow-up communication about the event you asked about
  • Improve the website and understand how visitors use it (aggregated data only)

We do not sell your data, and we do not send marketing emails unless you have explicitly asked to be added to a mailing list.

4. Legal basis

Under GDPR, we process your data on two lawful bases:

  • Consent — when you fill in a form on our site, you consent to us using that information to reply
  • Legitimate interest — for basic site analytics, security logging and preventing abuse of our forms

5. Cookies and third-party services

This website uses cookies to keep the site working, remember your preferences and understand which pages are popular. Some cookies are set by third-party services embedded on the site — for example, Instagram (via the Smash Balloon feed on our About page) and hosting infrastructure. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

6. Sharing your data

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. We only share it with:

  • Partners and contractors directly involved in delivering your event, and only what they need to do their job
  • Our hosting and email providers, who process data on our instructions
  • Authorities, if we are legally required to do so

7. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for as long as it takes to reply and, if a project goes ahead, for the length of that project plus a reasonable follow-up period. If nothing comes of your enquiry, we delete the data on request or within a reasonable retention window. Server logs and cookies follow their own short retention periods.

8. Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to:

  • Ask what personal data we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct data that is wrong or out of date
  • Ask us to delete your data ("right to be forgotten")
  • Withdraw your consent at any time
  • Object to certain kinds of processing or ask us to restrict them
  • Receive a portable copy of your data
  • Lodge a complaint with a data protection authority

To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@drumart.events. We reply within one calendar month.

9. Data security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data — encrypted connections (HTTPS) across the site, restricted access to admin systems, and vetted hosting providers. No online service is completely risk-free, but we work to keep the risk low.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page always shows the latest version. Significant changes will be communicated on the site.
